Delivery
Oliver Spencer ships internationally to the vast majority of countries. All deliveries are sent via courier using a tracked and signed-for service. We aim to dispatch orders by the next working day, although there may be slight delays during busy sale and promotional periods.
Below is a table of standard shipping costs by destination country. Please note that these rates are subject to change and additional shipping options may be available. The actual shipping charge will be quoted at checkout.

Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we will be happy to help.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, in resaleable condition and complete with all original swing tags and packaging. After this period, we reserve the right not to accept the item for a refund or exchange.
If a shipping charge has been paid on the order, please note that this is non-refundable.
Before returning your items to us, please check:
- The items are unworn and in resaleable condition.
- All swing tags and original packaging are included.
- You have included your original invoice.
- Grooming and cosmetic products are unopened and in their complete original packaging.
- Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- During sale periods, we are unable to hold sizes.
UK returns and exchanges
We offer tracked domestic returns through Royal Mail within 14 days of receiving your order.
To make a UK return or exchange:
- Visit our UK returns and exchange portal and enter your order number.
- Select the item or items you would like to return, exchange or take as store credit.
- If you choose store credit instead of a refund, we will add an additional 5% to your balance.
- You will receive a returns confirmation email containing either a QR code or a printable label.
- Take your repackaged items to your local Post Office and either attach your printed label or show the QR code on your phone.
- The Post Office will provide a tracking receipt once your parcel has been accepted.
Store credit will be issued as an Oliver Spencer virtual gift card. The gift card retains value, so you can use it as many times as you like until the balance reaches zero.
We also accept online returns in all of our London stores. Simply select this option on our returns portal. We are happy to process exchanges in-store, but please note that all refunds will be processed online.

International returns
For international orders, Oliver Spencer works in partnership with Global-e to offer localised pricing, shipping and checkout in over 100 destinations worldwide.
When placing an international order, your payment may appear as Global-e // Oliver Spencer and your purchase will be subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. These will be clearly presented at checkout before you place your order.

Oliver Spencer does not cover the cost of returning items from outside the UK. If you ordered to a country outside the UK and would like to make a return, please use our international returns portal.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will be refunded for the returned item or items. For Canadian orders, this refund will also include any duties and taxes paid at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to support international exchanges at this time.
Cancelling your order
You can notify us by email at info@oliverspencer.co.uk or call us on 020 3771 8897 before your order has been dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can return the goods to us in accordance with the returns policy set out above.
Invoices and requests for tax-free refunds must be made at the time of purchase. This is a statement of policy only, which may be changed at any time and does not affect your statutory rights.
Taxes and duties
Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders shipping outside the UK. These are set by the customs authority of the destination country.
During checkout, duties and taxes will be calculated for shipping to your country where supported, based on the items in your shopping cart.
If there are duties and taxes for your order, you can choose to prepay them during checkout and will be provided with a guaranteed total amount for your order, including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes. If you choose not to prepay, you will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees when you receive the order.
All quoted prices on our website include 20% VAT for orders within the UK.
