About Our Unstructured Tailoring

Oliver Spencer's unstructured jackets and blazers reflect our considered approach to contemporary tailoring. By reducing internal canvassing and softening the shoulder line, each piece achieves a more fluid drape, structured enough to feel refined, yet easy enough for everyday wear. The balance lies in proportion, cloth, and construction rather than excess formality.

The collection spans single- and double-breasted styles, cut in breathable wool, textured cotton, linen blends, velvet, and fine corduroy. Seasonal palettes move through navy, charcoal and sand to deeper olive, rust and indigo tones, alongside understated stripes and checks. These fabrics are selected for their depth and durability, ensuring each jacket settles naturally into your wardrobe over time.

Unstructured tailoring lends itself to adaptability. A blazer worn with trousers & chinos forms a composed everyday uniform, while pairing with a matching pair of trousers creates a complete suit suitable for weddings or formal occasions. For a more relaxed approach, it layers comfortably over knitwear.
