Winter 26: Life In Colour

Most days refuse to fit neatly into a dress code. Work becomes dinner, a walk becomes an impromptu lunch, and the coat you put on in the morning has to make sense of all of it. For Winter 26, our new collection explores the space between traditional tailoring and contemporary workwear, with colour as the thread running through clothes made for everyday life: rich, grounded tones punctuated by bold accents that carry a garment through the day.

A Practical Inheritance

Outerwear sets the tone. Military clothing and heritage workwear inform the collection through their sense of purpose: garments conceived to be useful, worn repeatedly and relied upon. That thinking carries into the Heath field jacket and Kershaw bomber, both in deep Sosa moss green - everyday layers that bring a utilitarian sensibility to a wardrobe with room for tailoring.

The Tamworth double-breasted coat gives that wardrobe a more expansive expression. Houndstooth appears in charcoal and burgundy/pink, introducing colour and character without demanding an entirely new way of dressing. The Lothian offers a refined outer layer in Doughton twill navy and Hepple brown.

The entire wool outerwear programme is produced in the UK, bringing together British wool, weaving and manufacturing. Fabrics from a renowned Yorkshire mill feature across outerwear and tailoring - a connection you can see and feel in the cloth, rather than simply read on a label.

Colour Does The Talking

Across the collection, colour takes precedence, with texture in support. Shadow-plaid shirts reward a closer look; the Brook shirt comes in blue and green, the Corby in pink - a bright note against the season's greens and navies. Corduroy and press-studded overshirts introduce different surfaces and weights to enhance layering. Proportion keeps those layers in balance: the wider, easier Orsman in beige or navy and the Morton Pleat in navy corduroy allow a generous shirt or substantial coat to feel part of a coherent silhouette, while the Fishtail Trouser offers a cleaner tapered line.

In knitwear, baby alpaca yarns bring softness and texture, while the perennial Blenheim jumper introduces confident notes of colour, from rich green to mushroom grey. The versatile Darlington ribbed wool half-zip brings warmth and tactile interest beneath a coat or jacket.

Together, these are clothes intended to earn their place through use. Winter 26 proposes a modern British wardrobe that feels considered without becoming precious: practical, expressive and open to the life you lead in it.
