Vulpine

You only have to look into the back garden of the Oliver  Spencer store on Lambs Conduit Street to realise the majority of us here are keen cyclists. From fixies, to baguette baskets, to school runs – we have an arsenal of bicycles to combat most terrains and errands!

Whilst working in Soho I recently met Nick, co-founder of newly spawned cycle apparel company, Vulpine. The brand manages genre-bend through something appropriate for life on and off the bicycle, something I hold with very high regard - there is nothing worse than a pack of MAMILs (middle-aged men in lycra) at the pub – sorry!

The range is small, but very considered, and features a stealthy approach to the necessary gadgets: fold-back reflective cuffs for indicating, a button-up splash guard and a well allocated, functional use of textiles. Inspired by utility and tailoring the collection is able to chameleonise itself whether you’re saddled-up on your two wheels or having a weekend muse.

I think I’ll get the Cotton Rain Jacket!
