Oliver Spencer launches in Japan: Pop-Up Shop at Store 103, Tokyo.

Oliver Spencer has officially launched in Japan with an exclusive Pop-Up Shop at Store 103, Tokyo.

The Pop-Up Shop references our AW14 campaign, shot in London at the Drawing Room Gallery in South East London. The collection is inspired by Le Corbusier, (leader of the Purist art movement 1918 – 1925), Oliver was motivated by urban renewal and Cobusier’s mechanical, modular designs and modern materials; geometric spaces flooded with colour.

The Pop-Up Shop features original elements from the campaign shoot; paint palettes, moodboards and clean colourways are important references that are evident through-out the shop. Oliver curated the space in Tokyo including a replica installation of a chair found in David Austen's studio at the Drawing Room, London.

The Pop-Up store is open from Saturday 27th September - Tuesday 14th October

From our earliest days, we’ve adopted a business model that incorporates environmental and social responsibility at every step. Each season, we increase the proportion of ecological, organic and recycled fabrics and will continue to do so until they represent the entirety of our collections. We also ring-fence a proportion of our revenue to put towards planting trees with the Woodland Trust.
