We offer free UK returns via Collect+, so you can shop with peace of mind.
If for any reason your item is not right for you, we will offer a complete refund or an exchange. Please book your return within 14 days of receipt of goods. All items need to be returned in their original condition: unworn, in re-saleable condition, complete with swing tags and original packaging. Your order will contain a returns form and help with making a return.
If you are a customer from outside the EU you will need to request a returns commercial invoice as well. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them here so please use recorded post or drop them back into one of our London stores. We will issue a full refund or exchange the garment (excluding original delivery charge) within 7 days after we receive the goods back.
